During this phase, the design/preconstruction team will review construction activities and availability of materials to establish the schedule. Riparius Construction strives to create value throughout the preconstruction and construction processes. Careful project programming and regular comparison between budgeted and actual costs helps maintain control over the project costs. Once design and preconstruction have progressed, and a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) and contract have been agreed upon, the following construction services are provided:

Our project managers prepare monthly reports detailing the project's progress and outlining key factors relative to cost and schedule. Their goal for each project is to produce work of the highest quality with speed, efficiency and economy.
