Liberty Property Trust selected Riparius Construction, Inc. to complete a new three-story, 78,065 sq. ft. shell office building, situated on 3-1/2 acres in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The scope of work detailed a steel frame building with masonry and precast veneer, and curtainwalls, EPDM roof, complete core improvements included stainless steel framed storefronts, two elevators, wood paneling at elevator lobbies, and three stairwells. The project was completed on time and was available for the first tenant to move in during the month of December 2002.
