Corporate Office Properties Trust hired Riparius to construct this three building complex totaling nearly 400,000 square feet of Class A office space, plus a separate parking structure. The structures of the buildings consist of composite steel frame design with precast, glass, and curtain wall exteriors. Major building tenants include General Dynamics, Logicon TASC, and Computer Sciences Corporation. The highly specialized tenant construction involved several systems designed to meet evolving DOD standards. Riparius Construction, Inc. continued construction activities while portions of the complex were being occupied. The demand for accurate scheduling, proper site utilization and communication with tenants were successfully managed by Riparius Construction, Inc.
