The Walter and Betty Ward YMCA is a new, one story facility totaling 28,000 sf. The Y features a variety of fitness studios, complete with a rock climbing wall and a childcare facility. Locker rooms, administrative support spaces and offices complete the building. The new Y facility was delivered in May, well in advance of the anticipated completion date of July 31, 2007. Gaudreau, Inc. was the architect.
