This facility serves as the main information technology center for all of T. Rowe Price's offices in the Mid-Atlantic region. This expansion and addition created two distinctly different additions to the existing facility. Fully complete systems and infrastructure were tied into the existing building space. The Machine Room expansion enlarged the existing data center and energy center with the reconfiguration and installation of approximately 18,000 sf. The office addition involves 55,000 sf. of a two story office area. The upper level has executive office space and a full service cafeteria. A lower level involving 12,000 sf. houses a state of the art workout area complete with men's and women's locker rooms, computer labs and building resource rooms. Elevator service completed the improvements to the office.
