3rd Floor Renovation The phased project consisted of the renovation of 11,060 s.f. to accommodate the increasing staff at Catholic Relief Services. The work was performed in phases and on weekends so that staff members did not have to be relocated during the renovation. Construction of four new offices, a copy room, and renovation to the existing computer room was the majority of the scope of work. New storage closets and a cashiers office were added to the scope of work while still maintaining the original completion schedule. Relocation of lights, sprinkler heads, and diffusers was required to accommodate the new offices. New casing and door frames were fabricated to match existing. 5th Floor Renovation This project, performed in several phases, consisted of the renovation of 3,800 s.f for the executive staff at Catholic Relief Services. The scope of work encompassed demolishing the existing kitchen and offices, building 4 new offices and extending the size of the conference room. New carpet, ceilings, paint, lighting and HVAC work was included. New hardwood flooring was installed in the corridors and the reception area. The reception area also included the construction of 4'6†piers with planters to separate the reception area of the executive staff. New Corian countertops and plastic laminate cabinets were furnished and installed in the pantry. A 7' x 6' Cherry Veneer Armoire with recessed halogen lighting, stainless steel bar sink, glass shelving and mirrors was fabricated and installed in the executive conference room. 7th Floor Renovation The project was a 10,095 s.f. renovation to the 7th floor of a 100 year old building for the expansion of the staff at Catholic Relief Services. The three-month renovation began after completion of the lead abatement, which left the brick walls exposed. New windows fabricated to match the existing were installed. The existing wood flooring at the elevator lobby was sanded and sealed to a like-new finish. The remaining areas were carpeted. Three new offices and two conference rooms with aluminum storefronts were constructed. A new suspended curvutura ceiling with suspended lighting was installed within the conference rooms and at the elevator lobby. A new kitchen area and lobby completed the enclosed areas. The HVAC work consisted of a new AHU and associated ductwork with VAV boxes. The new system tied into their existing steam/water piping system. Mechanical/Electrical Upgrade Floors 2 through 6
