Riparius Construction was selected by Harford County Government to renovate Level A of the Harford County Courthouse in Bel Air, Maryland. Riparius performed the work as General Contractor under a Lump Sum contract. The work consisted of restructuring of the current use of Level A from Council Hearing rooms, assembly halls and associated office to Jury and Juvenile Courtrooms. The work included demolition, masonry, millwork, windows and doors, security doors, drywall, acoustical wall panels, painting and wallcovering, flooring, toilet accessories, projection screen, courtroom furniture, HVAC/plumbing, sprinkler and electrical work.
