Our services are comprised of two primary components:
Preconstruction Services: conceptual estimating, value engineering, constructability analysis, design development estimating, quality control, scheduling, and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) construction document estimating.
Construction Services: project management, contract administration, cost control, scheduling and quality control.

From initial design and budget considerations through the scheduling, coordination, construction and final punch list, our team brings vast experience to the process. Riparius Construction strives to create value throughout the preconstruction and construction process. Careful project programming and regular comparisons between budgeted and actual costs maintains control over the project. While Riparius Construction is flexible in terms of the form of contract for any particular project, we have significant experience acting as Construction Managers at Risk under a GMP contract.
